In a world where uncertainty has become familiar and one crisis seems to follow another, one resource is still too often overlooked: intuition.<\/p>\n

Far from being merely a vague hunch or a gift reserved for a few people, intuition can be a valuable resource when making decisions, particularly when we do not have all the information we need.<\/p>\n

Why listen to your intuition in uncertain times?<\/h2>\n

Intuition is a capacity to pick up on aspects of a situation quickly, sometimes before we can explain rationally what we sense.<\/p>\n

Our experience, emotions and bodily perceptions can all contribute to this process. Yet an intuition is not necessarily right. It can also be influenced by our fears, habits and conditioning.<\/p>\n

The aim is therefore to bring intuition and rational analysis into dialogue, drawing on both to make decisions with greater discernment.<\/p>\n

In a complex environment, this inner listening can help us consider other possibilities, step back and recognise a direction worth exploring.<\/p>\n

Developing intuition and discernment<\/h2>\n

Intuition need not be a talent reserved for a select few. We can learn to recognise what we feel, observe our reactions and gradually distinguish an intuitive impression from a fear or a learned pattern.<\/p>\n

This often begins with simple things: slowing down, allowing a moment of silence, returning to bodily sensations and noticing what happens within us as we face a decision.<\/p>\n
