Return to your centre. Make conscious choices. Take action in alignment with who you are.
You have an important decision to make, but you hesitate.
You weigh the options, go over the same questions and put things off. Despite all that thinking, the way forward still feels unclear.
An Être à sa place session offers time to pause, reconnect with yourself and explore a concrete situation in your life or projects.
When life feels overwhelming, it can be difficult to hear yourself beneath the demands, expectations and advice around you.
This session invites you to slow down, return to your centre and pay attention to what you are experiencing: your thoughts, feelings, intuition and awareness of your body.
Being present with yourself and the situation you are facing can help you clarify what matters, consider your choices and identify how you want to move forward.
The session offers a space to:
The aim is to support your own capacity to choose and act with greater awareness.
This session may be relevant if you are:
You can bring a situation from your personal life, your work or a project you are creating or developing.
The session draws on the Être à sa place method, developed by Michaël Lallemand. Its foundations were first set out in his book of the same name, published in 2023.
The method brings together self-awareness, intuition, reflection and action. It invites you to return to your centre and approach a real situation with greater awareness of what matters to you.
My role is to create the conditions for you to listen to yourself, clarify your choices and develop your own capacity to decide and act.
The book is currently available in French only.
