The workshop

The Être à sa place workshop

Return to your centre. Make conscious choices. Take action in alignment with who you are.

  • Do you feel disconnected from what matters to you?
  • Are you facing an important decision, questioning your direction or finding it difficult to move forward?

This one-day workshop with Michaël Lallemand invites you to pause, reconnect with yourself and explore a concrete situation in your life or projects.

Through reflection, group sharing and practical exercises, you will experience the Être à sa place method: returning to your centre, becoming aware of what is happening within you, clarifying your choices and taking action.

Why take part?

When you are caught between expectations, doubts and competing priorities, thinking harder does not always bring greater clarity.

This workshop creates space to listen to yourself differently. You will explore your thoughts, feelings and awareness of your body, allowing intuition and reflection to work together.

The aim is to develop your own capacity to recognise what matters, make conscious choices and translate those choices into practical steps.

What you will explore

✔ Return to your centre
Reconnect with your feelings, aspirations and the situation you are experiencing. Explore grounding practices that help you become more present with yourself.

✔ Recognise what holds you back
Observe the beliefs, habits and learned patterns that may influence your choices. Make space for your fears and notice how they affect the way you move forward.

✔ Clarify your choices
Listen to your inner compass, explore your values and identify a decision or direction to consider in a concrete situation.

✔ Put your decisions into action
Turn what becomes clearer into a practical next step. Draw on the group’s perspectives to explore how you can move towards your intention.
